Job summary

Danville Services in Portland, Oregon seeks a Program Manager to lead and collaborate with Direct Support Professionals to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve their own quality of life. A high school diploma, at least 21 years old with 3+ years driving experience, and an Oregon driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and collaboration with teams.
• Administrative skills to manage budgets, records, and reports.
• Proven program management experience, including planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and resource allocation.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is a plus.
• Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team.
