Job summary

Archways seeks an on-site Legal Systems & Community Reentry Coordinator to supervise direct support staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure alignment with trauma-informed practices across NH locations. The role emphasizes staff mentorship, onboarding, and adherence to program models while collaborating with the Programs & Practice Manager.

The position prioritizes ethical conduct, cross-center communication, and timely escalation of high-risk concerns, supporting continuity before release

Qualifications

• Experience as Peer Recovery Support Worker or Family Support Specialist.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Leadership, mentoring and supervisory abilities.
• CRSW credential preferred.
• NH corrections background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site direct support delivery and supervise staff.
• Uphold ethical, confidential and professional standards.
• Oversee staffing, PTO approvals, and scheduling across centers.
• Coordinate cross-center support and remote/virtual assistance when needed.
• Lead daily huddles and partner with management to ensure consistent practice across locations.
• Provide mentorship and contribute to performance improvement discussions.
