Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement OT programs, deliver treatments, and support patients in restoring function and independence under the Director of Rehab.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic facility environment across various patient populations. Prior OA/OTA credentials and NBCOT certification are required or anticipated, with state licensure as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow established recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support patient progress and independence.

Education
