Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related (required).
• Provisional therapy license with appropriate state licensing board (required).
• Has carried individual and/or family caseload for at least 18 months (required).
• Independent mental health license as required by state (required).
• Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) or PhD in Psychology (required for senior roles).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, family, and group therapy for diverse age groups.
• Develops each patient’s individualized treatment plan with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documents treatment plans, progress notes, and aftercare plans accurately.
• Participates in treatment team meetings and supervision to coordinate care.
