Job summary

ERC Pathlight, a leading national provider of eating disorders and mood, anxiety, and trauma care, seeks a Primary Therapist to join our Washington state team in Bellevue. You’ll deliver individual, group, and family therapy, craft customized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients across ages.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related (required).
• Fully licensed with state licensing board or in an associate/intern phase of licensure (required).
• Collaborative nature and strong communication within a multi-disciplinary team (required).
• Experience with individual and/or family therapy (preferred).
• Ability to move from one task to the next with ease, flexibility (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conducts psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy.
• Develops each patient’s individualized treatment plan with interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Completes clinical paperwork: treatment plans, progress notes, wellness plan, aftercare plan and discharge summaries.
• Attends treatment team meetings to coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team.
• May provide training and guidance to less experienced teammates (Primary Therapist I and II).
