Job summary

Diversity Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and oversee direct patient care in a Veterans Affairs setting. The role emphasizes coordinating care with a focus on patient education, self-management, and satisfaction while ensuring safe medication administration and adherence to guidelines.

The nurse will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team within the Phoenix VA Clinic, guiding care plans, education and outcomes across the patient journey.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program with state licensure.
• ACEN or CCNE-accredited nursing program completion.
• Foreign-educated nurses require degree equivalency validation.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted state RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care per the nursing process.
• Coordinate care focusing on patient education and self-management.
• Administer medications and procedures per established policies.
