We are expanding rapidly and seek a committed Primary Care Physician to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to a panel of patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize health outcomes.

Qualifications

• ARNP or similar advanced degree in Nursing is required.
• Current Nurse Practitioner Certification in the State of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within first 90 days of employment is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Independently assesses acute and non-acute clinical problems and develops a patient management plan.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient care goals are met and communicates strategies.
• Prescribes medications and orders for appropriate treatments while maintaining regulatory compliance.
