Bachus & Schanker, LLC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to work directly with a founding partner on direct-referral and high-value cases in Colorado. You will build relationships with clients, manage intakes, and develop winning strategies from the start of the case through resolution.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of personal injury experience, strong knowledge of Colorado law and insurance claims, and the ability to independently manage

Qualifications

Three+ years of personal injury experience, including pre-litigation matters.
Strong knowledge of Colorado personal injury law and insurance claims.
Ability to evaluate liability, damages, and sources of recovery.

Responsibilities

Manage direct-referral and high-value personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution.
Conduct new client intakes and consultations by telephone, Zoom, or in person.
Work with a founding partner on case strategy, evaluation, and resolution.
Develop relationships with clients and provide high personal attention and responsiveness.
