Job summary

TruStone Home Mortgage, a division of TruStone Financial Credit Union, focuses on the fast-paced home mortgage market. This role handles onboarding loans into servicing software and delivering and shipping loans to investors, while reviewing post-closing documentation to ensure data accuracy and conditions are met.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of Encompass post-TRID experience, and knowledge of mortgage documentation and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of working experience on Encompass post-TRID.
• CONV/FHA/VA/MHFA/USDA experience, desired.
• Knowledge of mortgage documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Solid time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to identify and facilitate change in a deadline driven, highly regulated environment.
• Work well under pressure and able to meet externally influenced deadlines.
• Detail oriented; advanced problem-solving skills.
