Job summary

ASB Help is hiring a PLEDGE and Partnership Manager to lead the PLEDGE programme, engage organisations, and oversee the CRM and practitioner resources. You will develop high-quality content, build cross-sector partnerships, and deliver training to practitioners and victims.

The role focuses on promoting best practices in anti-social behaviour responses, translating updates for public resources, and representing the charity at events and in media engagements. Flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Operational experience with ASB case management in local authority, housing provider, police or similar.
• Ability to collaborate with partner agencies to respond to ASB outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Know-how of safeguarding responsibilities and victim-centered approaches.
• Experience using databases/CRM systems to record and manage information.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PLEDGE programme: identify organisations, promote participation, manage the online CRM and hub, oversee applications and assessments.
• Develop high-quality website content: case studies, resources and best practice guidance for practitioners and victims.
• Build relationships with ASB practitioners and stakeholders to gather insights and support content development for the Practitioner Hub.
• Provide non-legal ASB guidance to victims and practitioners via email/phone; triage enquiries and allocate cases.
• Monitor policy developments to keep resources current and relevant.
• Design and deliver training, presentations and workshops; represent ASB Help at events and media engagements.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration with practitioners, agencies and victim groups to improve outcomes.
• Translate updates into accessible information for publication on the website and channels.
• Represent ASB Help in Case Review processes as needed.
• Participate in local, regional and national forums to advocate for victims.
• Support financial sustainability by identifying opportunities to promote services and expand reach.
• Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role.
