Jobot in Arizona is seeking a motivated attorney to join our plaintiff-side personal injury team. You will advocate for injured clients, manage client matters, and help move cases toward favorable resolutions while advancing your legal career.

The role requires active membership in the Arizona State Bar (or pending Character & Fitness). We offer a competitive salary range ($100,000–$300,000), comprehensive benefits, and a high-growth, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar, or currently awaiting Character & Fitness approval.
• Experience in plaintiff personal injury is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to establish trust and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent injured clients with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency throughout their cases.
• Evaluate potential new client matters and analyze case facts.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and internal protocols during medical treatment.
• Negotiate personal injury settlements and oversee settlement resolution and disbursement processes.
• Provide leadership and case management support within the legal team.
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and case progression timelines.
