• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or temporary license to practice Physical Therapy by Texas Board of PT Examiners or PT Compact Commission.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support.
• Doctoral degree with residency or fellowship (direct access) or licensed therapist with 30 hours of continuing competence in differential diagnosis.

Responsabilidades

• Performs complete, comprehensive evaluation of patients and develops goals and a comprehensive program to attain them.
• Implements physical therapy treatment program and provides basic PT treatments.
• Documents appropriately in the medical record and communicates effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Promotes professional growth and development and adheres to department policies and standards.
