Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our therapist-led expansion approach. The role requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy, active state license, NPTE, and at least 1 year of experience in clinical settings. You will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines and educate patients.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required; active state license; NPTE passed.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.

Responsibilities
