Pine Acres Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Meadowview, NC seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and provide skilled therapy to improve mobility and independence.

You will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team, supervise therapy assistants as appropriate, and ensure compliant documentation while supporting discharge planning.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy to improve mobility and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
