Job summary

Riverside Doctors' Hospital Williamsburg is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist to implement individualized therapy programs for patients with acute and chronic conditions. The PT may work in inpatient and/or outpatient settings under Rehab Services management, collaborating with a multidisciplinary health team to support patient care needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters/Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed PT in Virginia upon hire; CPR/BLS within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations, determines PT diagnoses, and develops plan of care.
• Delivers PT procedures to restore function, mobility, and reduce pain.
• Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team and participates in meetings.
• Documents progress and updates plans based on guidelines.
• Educates patients and families on the recovery process.
