Riverside Health System is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans for patients with acute or chronic conditions, in inpatient and/or outpatient settings. You will work under Rehab Services management and collaborate with a diverse health-care team to maximize functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education in Physical Therapy required (Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral).
• Active Virginia PT license or eligible and CPR/BLS within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Performs evaluations, determines PT diagnoses, and develops plan of care.
• Performs physical therapy procedures to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Evaluates patient timely based on guidelines and policies.
• Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to support patient care.
• Participates in team meetings and staff training.
