Lifepoint Health's Lifepoint Rehabilitation at Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time day shift. You will evaluate patients, design and implement therapy plans, and supervise therapy staff to support patient recovery and movement.

The role emphasizes patient-focused care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing assessment to improve function and reduce pain within a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Physical Therapist License in State.
• BLS within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
• Supervises physical therapy assistants and aides in performing treatment.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Establishes a plan of care appropriate to problems identified.
• Plans, prepares and carries out designed programs of physical treatment.
• Administers treatment involving physical agents and equipment.
• Directs and supervises staff and delegates tasks.
• Identifies and documents goals and plans for reevaluation.
