Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Communicate with healthcare teams about patient progress.
• Record treatment and progress notes accurately.
• Participate in discharge planning.
