RehabAuthority is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a patient-centered team focused on helping patients move better, faster, and with purpose.

The role offers full-time hours, a comprehensive benefits package, and a compensation range of $70,000–$90,000 plus productivity incentives. You will conduct assessments, tailor treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
