Responsibilities

• Evaluate Patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Maintain documentation of services in the medical record.
• Participate in discharge planning.
