Qualifications
Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Physical Therapist.
High emotional intelligence and ability to exercise independent judgment.
Responsibilities
Evaluate Patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours.
Develop effective treatment plans.
Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
Maintain documentation of services in the medical record.
Participate in discharge planning.
