Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans and support patient progress in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.

This role requires an Associate Degree, 0–1 years of experience, and Indiana PTA licensure with CPR preferred. We offer weekly pay, health and dental after the first month, a strong 401(k) match, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current, valid state PTA licensure or certification.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.
• Observes patient responses to therapy, document their progress, and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Observes and maintain up-to-date documentation related to patients’ responses to therapy, document their progress, and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provides instructions to patients and their families on exercise techniques, safety precautions, and strategies to support continued progress at home.
• Supports Physical Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress, providing additional observations and insights.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
