Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under a Physical Therapist within an interdisciplinary team. You will implement treatment plans, perform exercises, and document patient progress. The role includes patient and family education, collaboration with the care team, and travel as needed.

Requirements include an Associate Degree, state PTA licensure, and CPR certification preferred. Travel is typically <10% and benefits begin after initial period.

Qualifications

• Implements treatment plans created by Physical Therapists.
• Performs therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and modalities as prescribed.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of patient responses.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including exercises and modalities.
• Observes patient responses, documents progress, and reports to supervising PT.
• Observes and maintains current documentation of patient progress and responses.
• Provides instructions to patients and families on exercises and safety at home.
• Supports PTs in evaluating patient needs and progress with observations.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team for patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
