Stark & Stark P C in Newtown, PA is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for our Personal Injury practice. This full-time, on-site role requires close collaboration with attorneys, clients, and professionals to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

You will draft and respond to motions and discovery, manage case timelines, and organize medical records and damages documentation. Pennsylvania procedure knowledge and a paralegal certificate or degree are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury experience; pre-litigation and litigation case management.
• Strong writing and communication abilities; client service focus.
• Proficient with legal technology and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and motions.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania civil procedure.
• Manage case timelines and deadlines.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Data entry and case updates in FileVine.
• Support case investigations and liability assessment.
• Communicate with clients about injuries, treatment, and damages.
• Organize medical records, billing, and related materials for damages.
