Stark & Stark P C seeks a Litigation Paralegal for its Personal Injury practice in Newtown, PA. This full‑time, on‑site role supports attorneys, clients, and staff to achieve favorable outcomes for plaintiffs, handling discovery, pleadings, and case management.

Requirements include a paralegal certificate or associate’s degree and at least 3 years in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury with PA procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury (pre-litigation and litigation case management).
• Familiarity with civil procedure and Pennsylvania procedures.
• Strong writing, research, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and procedural motions.
• Manage case timelines and deadlines.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Perform accurate data entry and case updates in FileVine.
• Prepare cases for settlement, litigation, and trial, including exhibits and visual aids.
