Responsibilities

• Assist the Attorney with new client intake.
• Open new claims with the Insurance Adjuster.
• Monitor client’s medical treatments.
• Gather evidence: medical records, bills, police report, photos.
• Work with Clients, Insurance Adjusters, and Attorneys.
• Prepare the Demand for the Attorney’s review.
