Job summary

Parimatch, a global #1 Crypto Sportsbook and Casino company, is seeking a data-driven Business Analytics professional to translate data into actionable insights across regions and build dashboards that inform strategic decisions.

With 2+ years in analytics, you will work independently, present findings to management, and contribute to growth by identifying trends and opportunities using Tableau and other BI tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Performance Analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to move from data to clear business conclusions and recommendations.
• Confident experience working with BI tools, ideally Tableau.
• Ability to independently extract, validate, structure, and analyze data for business needs.
• Good understanding of business and product metrics and their interdependencies.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to management and business stakeholders.
• Strong ownership and initiative: willingness to go beyond reporting and actively contribute to business results.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and manage several analytical tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and product performance across assigned regions.
• Monitor key business and product metrics and identify problems, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Independently conduct analysis, decompose results, and formulate clear, actionable conclusions.
• Work closely with management, present analytical findings, and discuss key business insights.
• Translate data into practical recommendations and next steps for the business.
• Track implementation of agreed actions and assess their impact on business results.
• Build and maintain analytical reports and dashboards in Tableau.
• Work with available data sources to investigate business questions and validate hypotheses.
• Continuously improve analytical approaches, reporting, and understanding of business drivers.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business model, product, key metrics, and factors influencing business performance.
