Qualifications

Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
Create home exercise programs with patients' caregivers.
Coordinate care with other providers to support patient outcomes.
Meet minimum weekly visit requirements and complete chart updates and documentation.
