Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Texas.

Responsabilités

• Perform pediatric Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with medical providers to coordinate care.
• Meet weekly visit targets and complete chart updates and notes.
• Adhere to agency policies and applicable regulations.
