Qualifications

• Current/active Speech Language Pathology license in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SLP evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.

• Meet weekly patient visit requirements and document progress.
• Complete charting and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Maintain adherence to agency policies and legal requirements.
