Qualifications

• A compassionate and reliable individual with a high school diploma or higher.
• Willingness to complete the CBT training and certification (up to 8 weeks to be credentialed with WA DoH).
• Strong communication skills and a desire to work with children and families.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, client-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on observable client behavior.
• Assist in the development of care plans.
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques.
• Work directly with individuals with autism to teach and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Utilize ABA techniques to support clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
