Job summary

LEAPS and Beyond, Inc. is seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) in Washington State to support children and adolescents with autism through evidence-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with families to reinforce positive behaviors while pursuing credentialing and ongoing professional development. Training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• Willingness to complete CBT training and certification (up to 8 weeks).
• Strong communication with children and families.
• Team-oriented in a dynamic, client-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on observable client behavior.
• Assist in development of care plans and ABA data tracking.
• Educate and support families on behavior management strategies.
• Work directly with individuals with autism to reinforce positive behaviors.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
