Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is hiring a part-time Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) in Washington to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to a 6-year-old client. You will collect session data, implement Behavior Plans, and maintain communication with families under BCBA supervision.

This role offers high on-the-job training, professional development support, and a chance to make a significant impact in a child's life. Candidates must hold a High School Diploma and current CBT certification, with a preference for prior experience working with children.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and document session data within 24 hours.
• Implement clients’ individual Behavior Plans as written by BCBA.

Join Our Mission at Empower Behavior Solutions: Seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBT). Our program is expanding, and we’re looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to work part-time with a 6-year-old client for approximately 15 hours per week.

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA

What you’ll need:

• Required: High School Diploma
• Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children
• Current CBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
