Job summary

Magnolia-Behavior-Therapy in DuPont, WA is hiring Behavior Technicians (CBTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in in-home sessions.

Under supervision of a licensed BCBA, you will implement individualized ABA plans, collect session data, ensure safety and privacy, and collaborate with the team. Part-time hours, starting pay $19–$25 per hour, benefits include flexible schedule, paid sick time and PTO.

Qualifications

• CBT or RBT certification (or eligibility) required or pursued.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities/ABA preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, compassionate and patient approach.

Work Location:

• In-home sessions in DuPont, WA and surrounding areas

General Time Blocks:

• Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (part-time within these hours)

Position Summary

As a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a key role in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Working under the supervision of a licensed clinician (BCBA), you will help clients work toward meaningful progress using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
