Qualifications

• A compassionate and reliable individual with a high school diploma or higher.
• Willingness to complete the required CBT training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on observable client behavior.
• Assist in the development of care plans.
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques.
• Work directly with individuals with autism to teach and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
