Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role near Windsor Locks, CT, supporting students in grades 6, 7, 8 and the transition population (12+). The position is part-time, totaling 18 hours across three consistent days each week, with flexible day selection and a steady weekly schedule.

You will deliver therapy, develop individualized treatment plans, maintain documentation, participate in PPT meetings, and collaborate with educators and families to advance

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC-SLP certification.
• Experience with middle/high/transition-aged students preferred.
• Ability to develop IEP goals and provide direct interventions.
• Strong collaboration skills for PPT meetings and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students in grades 6, 7, 8, and the transition population (12+).
• Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain documentation.
• Participate in and contribute to PPT meetings scheduled on your designated workdays.
• Consult and collaborate with educators, specialists, and families regarding student needs and progress.
• Support students' development of functional communication skills essential for academic and post-secondary success.
