Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role near Windsor Locks, CT, supporting students in grades 6, 7, 8 and the transition population (12+). The position is part-time, totaling 18 hours across three consistent days each week, with flexible day selection and a steady weekly schedule.

Qualifications

Step into an engaging contract opportunity supporting students in grades 6, 7, 8, and 12+ (Transition Population) as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Windsor Locks, CT. In this flexible, part-time role, you'll make a significant impact on students' communication development and transition success, working three consistent days each week, totaling 18 hours. Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience providing speech and language services to middle, high school, and/or transition-aged students preferred
• Skill in conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and providing direct interventions
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort with engaging in PPT (Planning and Placement Team) meetings
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team
