Qualifications

• BSN required and licensed to practice nursing.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience; pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field/triage calls and messages from the phone line and families.
• Call patients and families to report lab results and provide check-ins.
• Coordinate prior authorizations and prescription management.
• Assist with clinic flow and scheduling to support outpatient care.
• Interface with hospice and coordinate admissions and communications.
• Support discharge planning and inpatient follow-up.
