Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to deliver home health OT services on weekdays. You will work under a physician-approved plan of care, addressing patient needs in a home setting with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the designated state.
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Eligible to take NBCOT exam or already certified.
• One year related OT experience or regional mentor/approval required for less than one year.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services per physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure plan of care addresses problems identified during assessment.
• Maintain safety and effectiveness of service delivery.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Supervise home health aide when RN is not active in the case.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
