Job summary

Right At School, a provider of before- and after-school extended day programs in local school districts, seeks a Program Manager in New Jersey. The role supports safety, daily activities, and program quality with a mission to inspire learning, support schools, and provide peace of mind for families.

The position offers a part-time schedule (up to 22.5 hours/week) with two shifts daily and a pay rate of $21.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
• 18+ years of age.
• AND 1 year experience in related role.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model safety and joy standards and keep site documents updated.
• Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols; submit proof of MMR.
• Effective Communication: engage with families and partners; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain attendance and check-in/out records per policy.
• Daily Routine: implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
