Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom Teacher in daily routines and instruction.
• Implement classroom and individual behavior management systems for student safety.
• Foster independence, social awareness, language and appropriate behavior.
• Assist in data collection and progress toward IEP goals and objectives.
• Participate in training and carry out duties such as recess, personal care support, and 1:1 assistance as assigned.
• Must be able to lift/push approximately 40 lbs and move quickly as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues, stay calm in high-stress situations, and accept feedback.
