Qualifications

• Associates degree or related experience in an office setting.
• Experience in an outcome-driven environment preferred.
• Able to work independently and with others; good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Greet new and returning customers in coordination with career services.
• Perform outreach via phone, home visits, and email.
• Provide weekly home or employment visits to boost engagement.
• Plan monthly networking nights and ensure customer involvement.
• Perform weekly time sheet audits for retention and active caseloads.
• Re-engage participants who previously terminated participation.
• Share outreach updates with Case Managers.
• Identify barriers and support customers with engagement.
