Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet new and returning customers with a professional demeanor.
• Provide weekly home/employment visits to increase engagement.
• Plan and schedule monthly networking events for客户 involvement.
• Conduct time sheet audits to monitor retention and active caseloads.
• Re-engage customers who disengaged or terminated participation.
• Share information about outreach efforts with Case Managers.
• Identify barriers that hinder customer engagement and report them.
