Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or eight years of related work experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in training, counseling, or case management.
• Substantial career coaching and case management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling and intensive case management for WIOA customers.
• Complete intake and eligibility for WIOA Adults and Dislocated Workers.
• Develop Individual Employment Plans (IEP) and track referrals.
• Guide jobseekers on labor market and training programs.
• Conduct orientations, workshops, and group presentations.
• Maintain compliant case files and documentation.
