Job summary

Advancing Real Change, Inc. (ARC) seeks an Outreach Coordinator for its Jacksonville, FL or Birmingham, AL office. This full-time role provides support across program and administrative areas to build capacity and pursue ARC’s strategic goals.

This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of administrative or outreach experience in nonprofit settings, a commitment to dignity and equity, and the ability to work well across cultures.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years relevant experience in nonprofit/outreach.
• Driver’s license (or ability to obtain one).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Proficiency with basic data management programs and software, incl. donor databases.
• Second language preferred (Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Capacity-building: increase collaboration locally and nationally.
• Manage stakeholder database (donors, participants, volunteers).
• Communicate with donors; send follow-up notes and acknowledgements.
• Research potential partners and funders; assist with outreach.
• Develop content for newsletters, website, and social media.
• Report outreach activity to inform management decisions.
