A leading mental health service provider in Brentwood, TN, is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to evaluate and implement treatment plans for clients. Candidates must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and clinical licensure. Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and on track to obtain licensure.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
• Must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and implement treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients.
• Coordinate services with other personnel as needed.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields

Clinical licensure
