A leading mental health care provider in Memphis is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to evaluate client needs, develop treatment plans, and provide exceptional care in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate holds a master's degree and must have LCSW licensure in Tennessee. Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload of at least 25 clients weekly and documenting their progress. Qualifications

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree and on track to obtain licensure.
• LCSW clinical licensure in Tennessee is a must.
• Experience with completing clinical documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and implement a treatment plan.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with the team.
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

Required experience with completing DAs and treatment plans

Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems

Education

Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields

LCSW clinical licensure in state of Tennessee
