Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility. Compensation ranges from $36.00 to $43.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist eligible to practice in the state.
• NBCOT certification as OTR where required by state.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
