Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 yearly with full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR may be required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
