Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Compensation ranges from $36.00 to $43.00 per hour, with competitive benefits and ongoing clinical education to support growth.

As an OT, you will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, create personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory

Qualifications

• Must hold a license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
