Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist in Illinois for a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Compensation is $36.00–$43.00 per hour, with immigration support for H1B candidates and comprehensive benefits.

Must hold active OT licensure in the state, NBCOT-OTR certification as required, and be able to develop personalized care plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by state.
• Current OT license in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are up to date.
